Books (Print & Digital):
All sales of digital books (eBooks, downloads, etc.) are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Returned books must be unused and in their original condition.
Products (Toys, Tools, & Other Items):
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.
Custom, limited edition, or clearance items are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.

Aurora’s Vision is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
