Books (Print & Digital):

• All sales of digital books (eBooks, downloads, etc.) are final and non-refundable once delivered.

• Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

• Returned books must be unused and in their original condition.
  

Products (Toys, Tools, & Other Items):

• We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.

• Custom, limited edition, or clearance items are non-refundable.
  

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

• If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S.

• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

International Shipping

• We currently do not ship internationally.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Issues

• Aurora’s Vision is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
